CBG Building Company reached a significant milestone as we topped out the structure in September 2025, while the bridge construction continues through October 2025. The facade will continue through the end of 2025.

Dominion Energy (DEV) has commenced with managing their work associated with permanent power along N Lynn and 19th Street, which is expected to continue through the January 2026.
