West bound lanes of 19th Street between N Lynn and 19th Street will be closed for the duration of the work.
South Crane Dismantle
Road closures for tower crane dismantle will begin at 8 am on 10/24 and continue through 10/26.
North Crane Dismantle
Road closures for tower crane dismantle will begin at 8 am on 10/17 and continue through 10/19.
Morning Bridge Steel Delivery
These deliveries will be on the East side of the project along N Lynn Street with an associated night work permit due to the size of the deliveries and to minimize the impacts to traffic as we offload the eight 12,000 Lb beams.

Tentative North Tower Crane Jump
The North Tower crane will be jumped vertically and require unloading from N Moore Street.
South Tower Crane Jump
The South Tower crane will be jumped vertically and require unloading from N Moore Street.
Tower Crane Erection
The South Tower crane will be erected along N Moore Street near 19th Street. The crane used for the erection shall be stationed inside of the excavation.
Reestablish Site Fence along N Lynn Street
On June 3rd and 4th, the site fence will be reestablished during the standard Arlington County road closure hours along N Lynn Street.
Demolition Complete
Demolition of the RCA Building will be complete by the end of July 2023.
Begin RCA Building Demolition - North Garage
The first phase of demolition will begin at the north garage area. We anticipate this will take about two weeks to complete. Once the north garage is demolished, we will begin knocking down the pedestrian sky bridge over N. Moore St. All demolition associated with the bridge will only take place on weekends due to the closure of N. Moore St.
